Akua Powell is an award-winning Transformation Coach, international speaker and founder of Dream Catcher Global, where she curates transformational travel and coaching experiences for women through The Unbecoming Journey™.
Having transitioned from senior HR leadership into building Dream Catcher Global, Akua brings lived experience and practical insight into what it takes to move from an established professional identity into coaching, facilitation and transformational travel experiences.
She has worked closely with the Travel Coach Network for more than two years, supporting members through coach-to-coach practice sessions and TCN Connector sessions, with a particular focus on confidence, visibility, coaching presence, holding space and moving through the self-doubt that often arises when bringing new ideas to life.
In The Travel Coach Network MasterMind Experience 2026, Akua brings her expertise in transformation, self-trust and creating meaningful experiences to help participants step more fully into their role as travel coaches.
