The Travel Coach Network is bringing together six inspirational women from tourism and hospitality who bring an authentic voice to the industry and are leading with vision, creativity, and purpose, for a thought-provoking virtual conversation exploring why the future of travel is becoming more, not less, human.
Â
Together, we'll discuss how travelers are redefining the purpose of travel, why emotional connection is becoming the ultimate luxury, and what destinations, brands, and industry leaders can do to create experiences that technology can never replace.
Â
We will also explore:
- Why travel is becoming part of life's biggest decisions
- Where transformative travel is headed or is it another buzz word
- How AI will increase the value of authentic experiences
- Why today's travelers are seeking meaning over bucket lists
- Why we are seeing an uptick in “belonging-led” experiences, Heritage journeys, and travel for reinvention
- How to support travelers who are seeking experiences that reflect who they're becoming, not just where they've been
- Why spontaneous moments, local culture, and genuine human connection remain travel's greatest differentiators
- What the future of human-centered travel could look like across the industry
Â
Whether you work in tourism and hospitality, or simply believe in the power of travel to better our lives and the world, this conversation will offer fresh and authentic perspectives on the future of our industry.

Founder & Principal, Hospitality in Bloom and Kith & Kinship
Heather Dunwoody is a hospitality innovator and ecosystem strategist who works with visionary, independent operators across boutique, lifestyle, and outdoor hospitality. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: hospitality should change you, not just house you.Â
Through her studio, Hospitality in Bloom, and her latest venture, Kith & Kinship—poised as her strategy greenhouse—she helps operators trade “best practices” for something uncopyable: hospitality with a pulse, a point of view, and pricing power to match.
Her lens comes from a career spanning nearly every facet of hospitality and beyond — cannabis, drinks education, agency‑building, market research — a cross‑disciplinary edge that lets her connect dots most operators don't even know belong in the same conversation. Where others see rooms and revenue, she sees identity, ecosystems, and the untapped levers hiding in plain sight.
Her north star stays the same: help bold operators build hospitality that feels alive, earns its keep, and doesn’t just house people — it moves them.
LinkedIn is where you’ll find Heather in her element, writing in the open, thinking out loud, and treating hospitality like the craft it is.
